Our processing operates on business days (Monday through Saturday), excluding public holidays in Pakistan. Orders placed late in the day or on weekends/public holidays will begin processing on the nextbusiness day.
* Shipping & Delivery (Transit Time):
After your order is processed and leaves our facility in Sialkot, Punjab, Pakistan, it's handed over to our trusted shipping partners. The estimated delivery time depends on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
* For international orders:
Delivery times can vary significantly based on the destination country's customs procedures and postal services, usually ranging from 7 to 21 business days. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched, so you can follow its journey.

What is your return policy?
Dear Valued Customer: We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request for a return if the item is not as per described. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as same as you received it, unworn/unused.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@houseofscotland.pk. If your return is accepted, you are requested to send the package to the below address by using standard shipping and NOT by FedEx or DHL.
